Prince Hall Hotel

Our chef creates culinary experiences with principally local produce: Native, traceable beef, lamb, poultry, pork and game, fresh fish from Brixham, West Country sourced vegetables and a mouth-watering selection of local cheeses.

Enjoy morning coffee or tea served either in the lounge, bar or on the outside patio overlooking Dartmoor’s West Dart River. We happily cater for special dietary needs. In the afternoon: bliss; crumbly, freshly-cooked scones for your delicious Devon Cream Tea, locally-made strawberry preserve, fresh Devon clotted cream, chef’s scones and your choice of tea.

Visit us any day for Lunch between 12 – 2.30pm, served either in the intimate bar or sitting room or outside on the patio with eye-catching views across the river and open Moorland. On Sundays, a traditional 3 course lunch is served in the restaurant for both residents and non-residents - £19.95 for 3 courses.

Just imagine the end of a perfect day and dinner in elegant surroundings. A traditional English seasonal menu with a unique gastronomic flair using local produce. Our 3 Course Menu is £39.95 and our 2 Course Menu is £33.95 (served between 7pm until 9pm).

Fi and Chris ensure the bar stocks local real ales as well as regional favourites. Here you can unwind and make your choice overlooking the far-reaching Dartmoor views. The classic, specially selected wine list is available at lunch, dinner and throughout the day and appeals to all palates.
